1. Abstract
The immune system is a complex biological system. Its study must take into account 3 levels of organization: organism, cells and molecules, in their space-time dimension and so to benefit from the approaches in biology of the complex systems, in particular of those of the systems immunology.
The objectives :
- Integrate & model experimental data linked to differentiation, diversity and dynamics of immune system and T cells in particular, at multi-system levels (organism, cell, molecule, time, space)
- Obtain a global analysis of the immune system behavior and T cell differentiation under physiological and pathological situations
- Develop bioinformatics & biostatistics tools and multidisciplinary interactions in the field of complex systems
Focus on T cells in physiology/physiopathologies
- Modeling T-cell differentiation & dynamics
- Global analysis of T cells : Gene expression & Immune repertoires
- Pharmacogenomics of T cells
